Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan toilet training dengan langkah yang benar melalui task analysis bagi siswa hambatan intelektual kelas V di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri 5 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah empat siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan tes kinerja yang dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan dari kemampuan awal, siklus I, hingga siklus II. Peningkatan skor siswa AZ meningkat dari 40,90% menjadi 68,18% yaitu membedakan tanda toilet dan buang air kecil dengan posisi yang benar dengan bantuan verbal. Pada siklus II meningkat 90,9% yaitu mandiri membedakan tanda toilet sesuai jenis kelamin dan buang air kecil dengan posisi yang benar. Siswa GR meningkat dari 43,18% menjadi 72,72% yaitu membedakan toilet secara mandiri dan mampu melepas celana bagian luar dengan bantuan verbal. Pada siklus II meningkat 97,72% yaitu mampu melepas celana bagian luar. Siswa IW meningkat dari 36,36% menjadi 61,36% yaitu mampu membedakan tanda toilet sesuai jenis kelamin, melepas celana dalam, dan buang air kecil dengan posisi yang benar dan bantuan verbal. Pada siklus II meningkat 84,09 yaitu mandiri membedakan tanda toilet sesuai jenis kelamin dan buang air kecil dengan posisi yang benar. Siswa SA meningkat dari 36,36% menjadi 59,09% yaitu mampu membedakan tanda toilet sesuai jenis kelamin dan melepas rok dengan bantuan verbal. Pada siklus II meningkat 81,81% yaitu mandiri membedakan tanda toilet sesuai jenis kelamin dan bantuan verbal untuk melepas rok. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa task analysis berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan toilet training siswa. Dengan meningkatnya kemampuan toilet training siswa dapat mandiri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan menjaga kesehatan. ***** This study aims to improve toilet training skills with the correct steps through task analysis for fifth-grade intellectually challenged students at State Special School (SLB) 5 Jakarta. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. The research subjects were four students. Data collection techniques were through observation and performance tests analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study showed an increase from initial abilities, cycle I, to cycle II. The increase in student AZ's score increased from 40.90% to 68.18%, namely distinguishing toilet signs and urinating in the correct position with verbal assistance. In cycle II, it increased to 90.9%, namely independently distinguishing toilet signs according to gender and urinating in the correct position. Student GR increased from 43.18% to 72.72%, namely independently distinguishing toilets and being able to remove outer pants with verbal assistance. In cycle II, it increased to 97.72%, namely being able to remove outer pants. IW students increased from 36.36% to 61.36%, namely being able to distinguish toilet signs according to gender, remove underwear, and urinate in the correct position and verbal assistance. In the second cycle, it increased to 84.09, namely independently distinguishing toilet signs according to gender and urinating in the correct position. SA students increased from 36.36% to 59.09%, namely being able to distinguish toilet signs according to gender and remove skirts with verbal assistance. In the second cycle, it increased to 81.81%, namely independently distinguishing toilet signs according to gender and verbal assistance to remove skirts. The results of the study concluded that task analysis successfully improved students' toilet training abilities. With increased toilet training abilities, students can be independent in their daily lives and maintain their health.
