Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Quality of Work Life (QWL) dengan kinerja guru honorer Tk. I Provinsi SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Quality of Work Life (QWL) sebagai variabel X dan Kinerja sebagai variabel Y. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasional dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 224 guru honorer Tk. I Provinsi SD Negeri di Kecamatan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Propotional Random Sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 144 guru honorer Tk. I Provinsi. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan skala likert. Uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji signifikansi regresi dan uji linearitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment, Koefisien Determinasi dan Uji – t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Quality of Work Life (X) dengan kinerja (Y). Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh rhitung = 0.666 > rtabel=0.137 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 44.3% lalu thitung = 10.629 > ttabel =1.655. ***** This study aims to determine the relationship between Quality of Work Life (QWL) and the performance of honorary teachers at the first level of public elementary schools in Cengkareng Subdistrict, West Jakarta. This study consists of two variables, namely Quality of Work Life (QWL) as variable X and Performance as variable Y. This study is a quantitative study using a correlational approach with a survey method. The population in this study consists of 224 honorary teachers at the first level of public elementary schools in Cengkareng District, West Jakarta. Sampling was conducted using proportional random sampling, with a total sample size of 144 honorary teachers at the first level of public elementary schools. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The prerequisite tests for data analysis included normality tests, regression significance tests, and linearity tests. Hypothesis testing was conducted using Product Moment Correlation, Determination Coefficient, and t-test. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant relationship between Quality of Work Life (X) and performance (Y). This is indicated by the calculated r = 0.666 > table r = 0.137 with a coefficient of determination of 44.3%, and the calculated t = 10.629 > table t = 1.655.
