Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program Digital Classroom di SMP Islam Al Azhar 12 Rawamangun dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana program ini relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan abad ke-21, kesiapan sumber daya yang dimiliki, proses pelaksanaan di lapangan, serta hasil yang dicapai melalui penerapan pembelajaran digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada kepala sekolah, guru, dan pengelola program, angket terbuka kepada siswa, serta analisis dokumen seperti rencana strategis sekolah, laporan pelatihan guru, dan dokumentasi hasil pembelajaran siswa. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi antar sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek Context, program dilaksanakan sebagai respons terhadap tantangan digitalisasi pendidikan dan sesuai dengan visi, misi sekolah. Pada aspek Input, sekolah telah menyediakan berbagai fasilitas pendukung serta menyelenggarakan pelatihan guru secara rutin, meskipun masih terdapat kendala teknis seperti kestabilan jaringan dan variasi penguasaan teknologi. Pada aspek Process, seluruh mata pelajaran telah menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis digital yang interaktif dan kolaboratif, meskipun masih diperlukan penguatan pada supervisi dan monitoring internal. Sementara itu, pada aspek Product, program berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, menumbuhkan keterampilan abad ke-21, serta menghasilkan produk pembelajaran digital yang kreatif, seperti video, poster, dan presentasi interaktif. Secara keseluruhan, Program Digital Classroom dinilai layak untuk dilanjutkan dengan penguatan pada aspek pengembangan konten digital, monitoring berkala, dan peningkatan kompetensi teknis seluruh pihak. Hasil evaluasi ini diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan strategi pembelajaran digital yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. ***** This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Digital Classroom Program at SMP Islam Al Azhar 12 Rawamangun using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product) developed by Stufflebeam. The evaluation was conducted to determine the program’s relevance to 21st-century education demands, the preparedness of available resources, the implementation process, and the outcomes achieved through the integration of digital learning. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and program administrators, open-ended questionnaires distributed to students, and document analysis such as the school’s strategic plan, teacher training reports, and student learning products. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation across sources. The findings indicate that in the Context aspect, the program was implemented as a response to the digitalization of education and is aligned with the school’s vision and mission. In the Input aspect, the school has provided digital facilities and conducted regular teacher training, although technical challenges such as internet stability and varying levels of technological proficiency among teachers were still present. In the Process aspect, all subjects have integrated digital learning methods with interactive and collaborative approaches, although further improvements in supervision and internal monitoring are recommended. In the Product aspect, the program has successfully improved student learning outcomes, fostered 21st-century skills, and produced creative digital learning outputs such as videos, posters, and interactive presentations. Overall, the Digital Classroom Program is considered feasible to be continued, with suggestions to strengthen digital content development, implement periodic monitoring, and enhance the technical competencies of all stakeholders. The results of this evaluation are expected to serve as a reference for developing more effective and sustainable digital learning strategies.
