Abstract

Pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan “Buku Saku “Panduan Prosedur Operasional Standar” untuk Pengemudi CV Argo Pratama Trans”. Sasaran utama dari produk yang dikembangkan ini adalah para pengemudi di perusahaan CV. Argo Pratama Trans. Pengembangan ini dilakukan karena belum tersedianya media yang menaungi terkait prosedur operasional standar. Oleh sebab itu berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan pemilik perusahaan, pengembang memutuskan membuat sebuah buku panduan berbentuk saku. Maka dari itu, pengembangan ini dilakukan menggunakan model pengembangan Rowntree yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama yaitu, tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan penulisan, dan tahap penulisan dan penyuntingan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu pedoman wawancara dan instrumen kuesioner terbuka dan kuesioner tertutup. Panduan ini telah melakukan tahapan expert review yang terdiri dari ahli materi dan ahli media serta telah melalui uji tahapan uji coba face to face tryouts dan field trials. Berdasarkan data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari tahapan expert review dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk ini memiliki kualitas yang baik dan sudah layak untuk digunakan. Dan berdasarkan hasil analis kuesioner uji pengguna field trials mendapatkan rata – rata keseluruhan 3,54 yang dapat diartikan termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Implikasi dari pengembangan ini menunjukkan bahwa media cetak sederhana seperti buku saku dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pengemudi terhadap prosedur kerja. Buku ini juga mendukung konsistensi pelayanan perusahaan dan bisa dijadikan contoh penerapan model Rowntree dalam pengembangan media cetak. Saran yang dapat dipertimbangkan ke depan adalah penyempurnaan isi agar lebih lengkap, serta pengembangan versi digital agar lebih mudah diakses. ***** This development aims to create a "Pocket Book of Standard Operating Procedure Guidelines" for drivers at CV Argo Pratama Trans. The primary target of this product is the drivers employed by CV Argo Pratama Trans. The development was initiated due to the absence of a medium that outlines the standard operating procedures. Therefore, based on discussions with the company owner, the developer decided to create a pocket-sized guidebook. The development follows the Rowntree development model, which consists of three main stages: the planning stage, the preparation and writing stage, and the writing and editing stage. Data collection techniques included conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires. The instruments used were interview guidelines, as well as open-ended and closed-ended questionnaires. The guidebook underwent an expert review stage, which involved material and media experts, and it was also tested through face-to-face tryouts and field trials. Based on qualitative data obtained from the expert review stage, it can be concluded that the product is of good quality and is suitable for use. Moreover, the analysis of user questionnaire results from the field trials produced an average score of 3.54, which falls into the "very good" category. The implications of this development show that simple printed media such as a pocket book can be an effective solution to improve drivers' understanding of work procedures. This guidebook also supports service consistency within the company and serves as an example of the practical application of the Rowntree model in print media development. Future improvements may include more comprehensive content and a digital version to increase accessibility.
