Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan administrasi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Matraman, Jakarta Timur. Layanan administrasi yang berkualitas dipandang sebagai faktor eksternal yang dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII dari dua SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Matraman berjumlah 648 siswa, serta sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 247 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket tertutup menggunakan skala Likert, dengan indikator kualitas layanan administrasi mengacu pada lima dimensi SERVQUAL dan indikator motivasi belajar mengacu pada teori Hamzah H. Uno. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas layanan administrasi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan uji regresi linear sederhana diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,288 atau 28,8%, yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan administrasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 28,8% terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Sedangkan sisanya 71,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Nilai thitung 9,962 > ttabel 1,970 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga hipotesis Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan administrasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Matraman, Jakarta Timur. **** This study aims to determine the influence of the quality of administrative services on students' learning motivation at public senior high schools (SMA Negeri) in the Matraman District, East Jakarta. High-quality administrative services are considered an external factor that can create a conducive learning environment and enhance students’ learning motivation. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all 648 twelfth-grade students from two public senior high schools in Matraman District. The sample comprised 247 students selected through proportional random sampling using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire based on a Likert scale, with indicators of administrative service quality referring to the five SERVQUAL dimensions and learning motivation indicators based on Hamzah B. Uno’s theory. The analysis results showed a positive and significant influence of administrative service quality on students’ learning motivation. Simple linear regression revealed a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.288, indicating that administrative service quality contributes 28.8% to students’ learning motivation, while the remaining 71.2% is influenced by other factors. The t-test result showed tcount = 9.962 > ttable = 1.970, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus accepting the alternative hypothesis. It can be concluded that the quality of administrative services has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation at public senior high schools in Matraman District, East Jakarta.
