Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Learning Management System (LMS) Littlecloud Online Learning pada pelatihan SDM PT. Kreasi Inovasi Bangsa dengan menganalisis penerapan sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan informan pimpinan perusahaan/HRD, karyawan admin LMS serta peserta dari pelatihannya. Penelitian dilakukan pada sistem LMS yang meliputi penggunaan LMS, monitoring dan evaluasi LMS serta keberhasilan dan tantangannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Littlecloud EO menjadikan LMS sebagai media pelatihan daring untuk SDM freelance sejak tahun 2022 hingga sekarang, membuat peserta lebih fleksibel dalam memahami jobdesk dan materi dapat diulang kapan saja sesuai kebutuhan kerja Fitur yang digunakan meliputi video pembelajaran, quiz interaktif, dan dashboard monitoring. Mekanisme pelatihan dilakukan secara bertahap: peserta login, menonton video, lalu mengerjakan quiz secara berurutan. Konten pelatihan disiapkan sesuai relevansi materi dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan, untuk monitoring dilakukan melalui dashboard LMS yang mencatat progres belajar peserta secara real-time. Namun, dalam pelatihan menggunakan LMS ini tentu masih harus didukung dengan pelatihan konvensional dan tidak selamanya melalui daring untuk keberhasilannya. ****** This study aims to describe the Littlecloud Online Learning Learning Management System (LMS) in HR training at PT. Kreasi Inovasi Bangsa by analyzing the system's implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted through observation, documentation studies, and interviews with company leaders/HRD informants, LMS admin employees, and training participants. The research was conducted on the LMS system, including LMS usage, LMS monitoring and evaluation, and its successes and challenges. The results of the study indicate that: Littlecloud EO has used LMS as an online training medium for freelance HR since 2022 until now, allowing participants to be more flexible in understanding job descriptions and materials can be repeated at any time according to work needs. Features used include learning videos, interactive quizzes, and a monitoring dashboard. The training mechanism is carried out in stages: participants log in, watch videos, then take quizzes sequentially. Training content is prepared according to the material's relevance to work needs, for monitoring is done through the LMS dashboard which records participants' learning progress in real-time. However, training using this LMS certainly still needs to be supported by conventional training and is not always online for its success..
