Abstract
Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sikap percaya diri pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Kapuk 15 Pagi menggunakan metode student facilitator and explaining. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V A semester 2 tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan model siklus Kemmis & Mc. Taggart. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi sebagian besar perencanaan ulang pada siklus berikutnya. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah adanya peningkatan dalam sikap percaya diri siswa yaitu siklus I peserta didik yang tuntas 53,65%, siklus II 69,38 % dan siklus III mencapai 86,08%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap percaya diri peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode student facilitator and explaining. ***** This classroom action research aims to improve self-confidence in fifth-grade students at SDN Kapuk 15 Pagi using the student facilitator and explainer method. The subjects were fifth-grade students in the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research was conducted using the Kemmis & Mc. Taggart cycle model. The research was conducted in three cycles, encompassing planning, action, observation, and reflection, with most of the planning phases being re-planned for the next cycle. The results showed an increase in student self-confidence: 53,65% of students completed cycle I, 69.38% of students completed cycle II, and 86.08% of students completed cycle III. These results indicate that student self-confidence can be improved through the student facilitator and explainer method
