Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan objek wisata minat khusus Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan objek wisata minat khusus berupa wisata camping di Bumi Perkemahan Cidahu, Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak, Sukabumi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yang terdiri dari tiga pengelola dan dua pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen Context memperoleh nilai 3,1 dengan kategori baik, yang menunjukkan tujuan pengelolaan, kondisi lingkungan, dan daya tarik wisata telah mendukung kegiatan camping. Komponen Input memperoleh nilai 2,0 dengan kategori cukup, yang mengindikasikan bahwa fasilitas, sumber daya manusia, dan standar operasional masih perlu ditingkatkan. Komponen Process memperoleh nilai 2,4 dengan kategori cukup, yang menunjukkan pelaksanaan pengelolaan telah berjalan namun belum optimal, terutama dalam pemeliharaan fasilitas dan pelayanan. Komponen Product memperoleh nilai 2,4 dengan kategori cukup, yang menunjukkan dampak pengelolaan terhadap kepuasan dan minat kunjungan pengunjung masih perlu ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan Bumi Perkemahan Cidahu tergolong cukup baik, namun masih memerlukan perbaikan pada aspek input, proses, dan hasil agar pengelolaan wisata camping dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. (*****) his study aims to evaluate the management of special interest tourism in the form of camping activities at Cidahu Campsite, Mount Halimun Salak National Park, Sukabumi. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving three managers and two visitors as informants. The results show that the Context component achieved a score of 3.1 (good category), indicating that management objectives, environmental conditions, and tourism attractions adequately support camping activities. The Input component scored 2.0 (fair category), suggesting that facilities, human resources, and operational standards require improvement. The Process component scored 2.4 (fair category), indicating that management implementation has been conducted but is not yet optimal, particularly in facility maintenance and service consistency. The Product component scored 2.4 (fair category), showing that the impacts of management on visitor satisfaction and revisit intention still need enhancement. In conclusion, the management of Cidahu Campsite is considered fairly good, but improvements in input, process, and outcomes are necessary to achieve optimal and sustainable camping tourism management.
