Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menilai kelayakan media video pembelajaran pembuatan bolu gulung motif batik bagi siswa tunarungu di SLB Negeri 01 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Penilaian kelayakan media dilakukan melalui validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, serta melalui uji coba kepada peserta didik yang meliputi uji coba one to one, small group, dan field test. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berada pada kategori layak hingga sangat layak. Ahli materi memberikan skor rata-rata sebesar 88% (Baik), ahli media sebesar 90% (Sangat baik), dan ahli bahasa sebesar 76% (Baik). Uji coba one to one yang melibatkan tiga peserta didik memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 89% (Baik), dengan aspek kemudahan penggunaan memperoleh nilai tertinggi. Selanjutnya, uji coba small group memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 85,6% (Baik), yang menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran membantu peserta didik dalam memahami langkah-langkah pembuatan bolu gulung motif batik. Pada tahap field test yang melibatkan sepuluh peserta didik, diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,6% (Baik), yang mencerminkan peningkatan motivasi belajar, pemahaman visual, serta kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa video pembelajaran pembuatan bolu gulung motif batik yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dan dapat digunakan secara efektif sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran Tata Boga bagi siswa tunarungu di SLB. ***** This study aims to develop and to assess the feasibility a video learning medium on making batik-patterned rolled cakes for deaf students at SLB Negeri 01 Jakarta. This research is a development study using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The feasibility of the media was assessed through validation by subject matter experts, media experts, and language experts, as well as through trials with students, including one-to-one trials, small group trials, and field tests. The validation results showed that the educational video media developed was in the feasible to highly feasible category. The subject matter expert gave an average score of 88% (Good), the media expert gave 90% (Very Good), and the language expert gave 76% (Good). The one-to-one trial involving three students obtained an average score of 89% (Good), with the aspect of ease of use receiving the highest score. Furthermore, the small group trial obtained an average score of 85.6% (Good), which shows that the learning video helps students understand the steps for making batik-patterned rolled cake. In the field test stage involving ten students, an average score of 81.6% (Good) was obtained, reflecting an increase in learning motivation, visual understanding, and learning independence among students. Based on these research results, it can be concluded that the developed learning video on making batik-patterned roll cakes has met the feasibility criteria and can be used effectively as a supporting medium for culinary arts learning for deaf students at SLB.
