Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap keterampilan abad 21 peserta didik SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta yang dimediasi oleh motivasi berprestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 280 peserta didik yang terdiri dari delapan kelas XII SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil menunjukkan budaya sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan abad 21 peserta didik dengan efek mediasi motivasi berprestasi yang tergolong sedang. Model ini memiliki kekuatan penjelas dan prediksi yang baik, menunjukkan pentingnya budaya sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi dalam meningkatkan penguasaan keterampilan pembelajaran abad 21 peserta didik. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of school culture on the 21st century skills of students at SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta mediated by achievement motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 280 students consisting of eight 12th-grade classes at SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that school culture has a significant positive influence on students 21st century skills with a moderate mediating effect of achievement motivation. This model has good explanatory and predictive power, indicating the importance of school culture and achievement motivation in improving students mastery of 21st century learning skills.
