Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh Produk wide belt dengan hiasan motif batik cupat manggu berdasarkan indikator kualitas produk dan prinsip desain. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental design, one shot case study. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima produk wide belt dengan hiasan motif batik cupat manggu yang dinilai menggunakan rating scale. Instrumen angket dengan skala pengukuran rating scale yang diberikan kepada lima panelis ahli di bidangnya. Penilaian ini menggunakan aspek bentuk, kesesuaian kualitas, daya tahan, keseimbangan, penekanan dan harmoni. Aspek bentuk mendapatkan nilai 92% dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek kesesuaian kualitas mendapatkan nilai 94% dalam kategori sangat baik. Aspek daya tahan mendapatkan nilai 92% dalam kategori sangat baik. Aspek kesesuaian kualitas mendapatkan nilai 84% dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek gaya memperoleh nilai 93% dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek penekanan mendapatkan nilai 88% dalam kategori sangat baik dan aspek harmoni mendapatkan nilai 89% dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil penilaian kualitas produk dan prinsip desain masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. ******* This study aims to produce wide belts decorated with cupat manggu batik motifs based on product quality indicators and design principles. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a pre-experimental design, one shot case study. This study produced five wide belts decorated with cupat manggu batik motifs which were assessed using a rating scale. A questionnaire instrument with a rating scale was given to five expert panelists in their respective fields. This assessment used the aspects of form, quality suitability, durability, balance, emphasis, and harmony. The form aspect received a score of 92% in the excellent category. The quality suitability aspect received a score of 94% in the excellent category. The durability aspect received a score of 92% in the excellent category. The quality suitability aspect received a score of 84% in the excellent category. The style aspect received a score of 93% in the excellent category. The emphasis aspect received a score of 88% in the excellent category, and the harmony aspect received a score of 89% in the excellent category. The results of the product quality and design principle assessment were in the excellent category.
