Abstract
Terbatasnya tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap Karakteristik bahan tailoring mengindikasikan perlunya penyediaan media pembelajaran yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil penilaian media pembelajaran berupa Ensiklopedia Tailoring Materi Bahan Tailoring pada mata kuliah tailoring dan membantu mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Busana memahami karakteristik bahan tailoring. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 3D, yang mencakup tahap define, design, dan develop. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinilai berdasarkan empat aspek yaitu, aspek kelayakan isi, aspek kelayakan penyajian isi, aspek kelayakan bahasa, dan aspek kelayakan kegrafikaan. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan skor persentase aspek kelayakan isi sebesar 84%, aspek kelayakan penyajian isi 89,09%, aspek kelayakan bahasa 94%, dan aspek kelayakan kegrafikaan 87,8%, sehingga total skor keseluruhan adalah 88,9% dan termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, Ensiklopedia Tailoring Materi Bahan Tailoring terbukti layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata kuliah tailoring maupun sebagai referensi bagi pihak yang ingin mempelajari materi bahan tailoring. ***** The limited level of students’ understanding of the characteristics of tailoring materials indicates the need for appropriate learning media. This study aims to obtain the evaluation results of a learning medium in the form of a Tailoring Encyclopedia on Tailoring Materials for the tailoring course and to assist Fashion Education students in understanding the characteristics of tailoring materials. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D development model, which consists of the stages of define, design, and develop. The developed learning media were evaluated based on four aspects, namely content feasibility, presentation feasibility, language feasibility, and graphic feasibility. The evaluation results showed that the content feasibility aspect achieved a percentage score of 84%, presentation feasibility 89.09%, language feasibility 94%, and graphic feasibility 87.8%, resulting in an overall score of 88.9%, which falls into the very feasible category. Therefore, the Tailoring Encyclopedia on Tailoring Materials is proven to be suitable for use as a learning medium in the tailoring course as well as a reference for individuals interested in studying tailoring materials.
