Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan civic disposition peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila melalui penerapan model Project Citizen. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dalam tiga siklus pada 27 peserta didik kelas V SDN Jati 03 Jakarta Timur. Setiap siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik serta angket civic disposition. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada civic disposition, yaitu dari 37,04% pada Siklus I, meningkat menjadi 66,67% pada Siklus II, dan mencapai 88,89% pada Siklus III. Peningkatan ini didukung oleh perkembangan positif pada aktivitas pembelajaran, di mana aktivitas guru dan peserta didik meningkat dari 67% dan 45% pada Siklus I, menjadi 83% dan 81% pada Siklus II, hingga mencapai 100% dan 90% pada Siklus III. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Project Citizen mampu menguatkan partisipasi aktif peserta didik, membentuk tanggung jawab moral, kedisiplinan, kesopanan, kemampuan bekerja sama, berpikir kritis, serta kepercayaan diri dalam mengemukakan pendapat. Dengan demikian, Project Citizen terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang kontekstual, bermakna, dan berorientasi pada peningkatan civic disposition peserta didik kelas V SDN Jati 03. Kata Kunci: Sikap Kewarganegaraan, Project Citizen, Pendidikan Pancasila, Pembelajaran Kontekstual, Karakter Peserta Didik. ***** This research aims to improve the civic disposition of students in Pancasila Education learning through the application of the Project Citizen model. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model in three cycles involving 27 fifth-grade students at SDN Jati 03, East Jakarta. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were obtained through observations of teacher and student activities as well as a civic disposition questionnaire. The results show a significant increase in civic disposition, from 37.04% in Cycle I, rising to 66.67% in Cycle II, and reaching 88.89% in Cycle III. This improvement is supported by positive developments in learning activities, where teacher and student activities increased from 67% and 45% in Cycle I to 83% and 81% in Cycle II, and reached 100% and 90% in Cycle III. These findings indicate that the application of Project Citizen can strengthen students' active participation, foster moral responsibility, discipline, courtesy, cooperation skills, critical thinking, and self-confidence in expressing opinions. Thus, Project Citizen proves effective in creating contextual, meaningful Pancasila Education learning oriented toward improving the civic disposition of fifth-grade students at SDN Jati 03.
