Abstract
Improving graduate quality is an essential indicator of the effectiveness of an educational institution, especially in integrated Islamic schools that aim to develop academic competence, strong character, and spiritual values. This study analyzes the strategies used by SMAIT Darul Hikmah (YAPIDH) in Bekasi to improve the quality of its graduates through three main aspects: human resource management, curriculum implementation, and the optimization of educational facilities and infrastructure. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through observation and document analysis. The findings show that the school strengthens human resource management by recruiting qualified teachers, providing continuous professional development, and building a collaborative work culture that supports effective learning. In curriculum implementation, SMAIT Darul Hikmah applies an integrated model that combines the National Curriculum with Islamic boarding school elements, supported by active learning methods and ongoing evaluation to develop students’ academic abilities and religious character. Meanwhile, the school optimizes its facilities by providing complete learning infrastructure, maintaining equipment regularly, integrating digital technology, and maximizing the use of laboratories, libraries, and dormitories to support learning and character development. ***** Peningkatan mutu lulusan merupakan indikator fundamental dalam menilai efektivitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan, khususnya pada lembaga pendidikan Islam terpadu yang menekankan sinergi antara kompetensi akademik, spiritual, dan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi peningkatan mutu lulusan di SMAIT Darul Hikmah (YAPIDH) Kota Bekasi melalui tiga aspek utama, yaitu strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), implementasi kurikulum terpadu, serta optimalisasi pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, melalui teknik observasi, analisis dokumentasi, serta penelusuran data institusional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan SDM dilakukan melalui rekrutmen tenaga pendidik berkualifikasi tinggi, pembinaan profesional berkelanjutan, pelatihan akademik dan spiritual, serta pembentukan kultur kerja kolaboratif yang mendukung kualitas proses pembelajaran. Pada aspek implementasi kurikulum, SMAIT Darul Hikmah menerapkan model integratif antara Kurikulum Nasional dan kurikulum kepesantrenan berbasis kitab salaf, yang diperkaya dengan metode pembelajaran aktif dan evaluasi berkesinambungan untuk mengoptimalkan kompetensi akademik sekaligus menguatkan karakter keislaman peserta didik. Sementara itu, pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan melalui penyediaan fasilitas pembelajaran yang lengkap, perawatan infrastruktur secara terjadwal, integrasi teknologi digital, serta pemaksimalan fungsi laboratorium, perpustakaan, dan fasilitas asrama sebagai media pembentukan karakter dan keterampilan.
