Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar dan tingkat kesadaran siswa dalam menghindari penyakit hati pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Labschool Jakarta, dijumpai hasil belajar yang nilainya dibawah mastery dan eksklusivisme kelompok belajar yang rentan terkena penyakit hati. Satu diantara faktor yang mempengaruhi yakni kurangnya penerapan model dan metode pembelajaran yang tepat dan inovatif. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe student teams achievement divisions terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi akhlak kelas X semester ganjil. Teori Robert. E Slavin untuk model kooperatif tipe STAD dan Taksonomi Bloom revisi Krathwohl untuk hasil belajar kognitif dan afektif. Metodenya kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi experimental selama 3 kali pertemuan. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X yang beragama islam di SMA Labschool Jakarta dengan karakteristik setara sebagai kelas kontrol dan eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan datanya terdiri dari pra-eksperimen dengan pre-test dan pre-refleksi, treatment, observasi, serta pasca eksperimen dengan post-test dan post- refleksi. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji N-Gain score, uji Wilcoxon, dan uji Mann Whitney-U. Hasil penelitian dengan data statistik menunjukkan bahwa dari uji Mann Whitney-U diperoleh Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 pada hasil kognitif dan 0.020 pada hasil afektif yang lebih kecil dari signifikansi 0.05. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI materi akhlak “menjalani hidup penuh manfaat dengan menghindari diri dari penyakit hati; berfoya-foya, riya’, sum’ah, takabbur, dan hasad” di SMA Labschool Jakarta. ***** This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes and the level of student awareness regarding the avoidance of spiritual diseases in the Islamic Religious Education subject at SMA Labschool Jakarta. Issues identified include learning scores falling below the mastery threshold and study group exclusivism, which renders students susceptible to such spiritual ailments. One contributing factor is the lack of implementation of appropriate and innovative learning models and methods. Consequently, this study aims to analyze the effect of the Student Teams- Achievement Divisions cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes regarding Akhlak (morals) material for 10th-grade students in the odd semester. The study utilizes Robert E. Slavin’s theory for the STAD cooperative model and Krathwohl’s revision of Bloom’s Taxonomy for cognitive and affective learning outcomes. The research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design conducted over three sessions. The research sample consists of Muslim 10th- grade students at SMA Labschool Jakarta, divided into control and experimental classes with equivalent characteristics. Data collection techniques include pre- experimental stages (pre-test and pre-reflection), treatment, observation, and post- experimental stages (post-test and post-reflection). Data analysis techniques used to test the hypotheses include the N-Gain score test, the Wilcoxon test, and the Mann-Whitney U test. Statistical results indicate that the Mann-Whitney U test yielded an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 for cognitive outcomes and 0.020 for affective outcomes, both of which are lower than the significance level of 0.05. The results demonstrate a significant effect of the STAD cooperative learning model on the improvement of student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject, specifically within the Akhlak lesson entitled “Living a Beneficial Life by Avoiding Spiritual Diseases: extravagance, flexing, arrogance, and envy (Hasad)” at SMA Labschool Jakarta.
