Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi secara tepat dan kontekstual dalam proses pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan teknologi tidak hanya memerlukan kemampuan untuk menggunakan media digital, tetapi juga membutuhkan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) guru PAI dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi di SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta, serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi pembelajaran, dan studi dokumentasi. Guru PAI sebagai informan utama dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum sebagai informan pendukung adalah informan penelitian. Data dianalisis melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian mengindikasi bahwa guru PAI memiliki pemahaman yang baik terhadap konsep TPACK, yang tercermin dari penguasaan aspek teknologi, pedagogik, dan konten pembelajaran. Implementasi TPACK dalam pembelajaran PAI dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan media digital yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik materi dan strategi pembelajaran, serta digunakan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa melalui aktivitas diskusi dan evaluasi berbasis digital. Faktor penghambat penerapan TPACK meliputi keterbatasan jaringan internet, alokasi waktu pembelajaran, dan pengembangan kompetensi guru yang belum berkelanjutan, sementara faktor pendukung mencakup kebijakan sekolah, ketersediaan fasilitas, dan pelatihan guru. ***** As information technology advances, Islamic Religious Education instructors are encouraged to be proficient in using technology in a contextualized and suitable manner during the teaching and learning process. Utilizing technology necessitates not only proficiency with digital media but also teaching methodologies that are in line with the subject matter's features. The purpose of this study is to evaluate Islamic Religious Education teachers' Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) proficiency in using IT-based learning resources at State Senior High School 76 Jakarta and to pinpoint the elements that facilitate and hinder its application. A descriptive qualitative technique was used in this study. Interviews, classroom observations, and documentation studies were used to gather data. The vice principal for curriculum affairs was a supporting informant, and the primary informants were Islamic Religious Education instructors. Data reduction, data display, and conclusion drafting were the methods used for data analysis. The results show that Islamic Religious Education instructors are proficient in technological, pedagogical, and subject areas, demonstrating a solid grasp of the TPACK concept. Digital media that are tailored to the features of the course material and teaching methods are used to implement TPACK in Islamic Religious Education. These digital media are also used to increase student engagement through online discussion and assessment activities. Limited internet access, time limits in learning activities, and the absence of sustainable teacher competency development are issues that hinder the implementation of TPACK, but school policies, facility availability, and teacher training are variables that assist it.
