Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem zonasi PPDB dan interaksi guru-siswa terhadap kepuasan siswa SMP Negeri di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik regresi linear berganda. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 13.162 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 388 siswa yang dipilih berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem zonasi PPDB dan interaksi guru-siswa berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan siswa. Secara keseluruhan, faktor interaksi guru-siswa merupakan determinan utama yang menentukan kepuasan siswa dibandingkan dengan sistem zonasi PPDB. Meskipun sistem zonasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, kontribusinya sangat kecil jika berdiri sendiri. Penelitian ini memberikan saran bagi pemerintah dan sekolah untuk memperhatikan penyamarataan kualitas guru antar sekolah negeri sebagai penunjang kepuasan siswa dalam bersekolah. ***** This study aims to determine the influence of the PPDB zoning system and teacher-student interaction on the satisfaction of State Junior High School students in Bogor City. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and multiple linear regression techniques. The population of this study is 13,162 students with a sample of 388 students selected based on the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed through Google Form. The results of the study show that the PPDB zoning system and teacher-student interaction have a direct effect on student satisfaction. Overall, the teacher-student interaction factor is the main determinant that determines student satisfaction compared to the PPDB zoning system. Although the zoning system has a significant influence, its contribution is very small if it stands alone. This study provides suggestions for the government and schools to pay attention to the equalization of the quality of teachers between public schools as a support for student satisfaction in schooling.
