Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara objektif sinergi kerja sama antara guru dan orang tua dalam penerapan disiplin positif terhadap anak usia 4-6 tahun di Kecamatan Menteng, Jakarta Pusat. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, penelitian ini melibatkan 21 responden guru dan 50 responden orang tua. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis selisih (gap analysis) pada empat aspek kerja sama: komunikasi, konsistensi, dukungan, dan keterlibatan. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kerja sama berada pada kategori Sangat Baik, di mana skor rata-rata orang tua secara konsisten melampaui penilaian mandiri guru di seluruh aspek. Temuan spesifik menunjukkan bahwa aspek konsistensi memiliki tingkat sinergi paling optimal dengan selisih persepsi terkecil (0,28), yang mencerminkan keselarasan tindakan yang kuat dalam menegakkan aturan tanpa hukuman. Sementara itu, aspek komunikasi memiliki selisih persepsi terbesar (0,68), mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan standar profesionalisme guru dengan tingkat kepuasan orang tua. Analisis perbandingan juga menunjukkan bahwa PAUD Negeri memiliki stabilitas sinergi yang lebih merata, sedangkan PAUD Swasta unggul pada intensitas keterlibatan orang tua. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan pada aspek komunikasi dua arah diperlukan untuk menyempurnakan fondasi konsistensi yang telah terbentuk, guna mendukung keberlanjutan budaya disiplin positif yang selaras antara lingkungan sekolah dan rumah. ***** This study aims to objectively describe the synergy of cooperation between teachers and parents in implementing positive discipline for children aged 4-6 years in Menteng District, Central Jakarta. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach, this study involved 21 teacher respondents and 50 parent respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and gap analysis across four aspects of cooperation: communication, consistency, support, and involvement. The general results indicate that the level of cooperation is in the Very Good category, with average parent scores consistently exceeding teachers' self-assessments across all aspects. Specific findings show that the consistency aspect has the most optimal level of synergy with the smallest perception gap (0.28), reflecting strong alignment in enforcing rules without punishment. Meanwhile, the communication aspect has the largest perception gap (0.68), indicating a difference between teachers' professional standards and parents' satisfaction levels. Comparative analysis also shows that Public PAUD (Early Childhood Education) units exhibit more balanced synergy stability, while Private PAUD units excel in the intensity of parental involvement. This study concludes that strengthening two-way communication is necessary to refine the established foundation of consistency, ensuring the sustainability of a harmonious positive discipline culture between the school and home environments.
