Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan deep learning terhadap hasil belajara siswa pada mata pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan di SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat. Pendekatan deep learning dalam penelitian ini diterapkan dengan menekankan prinsip mindful, meaningful, dan joyful learning guna mendorong keterlibatan aktif dan pemahaman mendalam siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan jenis quasi experimental. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan pendekatan deep learning dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pendekatan saintifk. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, observasi sikap dan aktivitas siswa untuk menilai ranah afektif, serta penilaian kinerja melalui kegiatan role-play untuk mengukur ranah psikomotorik. Data diolah menggunakan microsoft excel untuk menganalisis uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan awal yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Namun, berdasarkan hasil uji-t pada data post-test, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan pada ketiga materi pembelajaran. Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen secara konsisten lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol, yaitu pada materi pertama sebesar 80,00 berbanding 67,93; materi kedua 80,82 berbanding 75,59; dan materi ketiga 81,03 berbanding 72,66. Selanjutnya, hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan deep learning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 pada setiap materi. Selain itu, hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada sikap, aktivitas belajar, serta keterampilan psikomotorik siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan deep learning memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. ***** This study aims to examine the effect of the deep learning approach on students’ learning outcomes in the subject of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat. In this study, the deep learning approach was implemented by emphasizing the principles of mindful, meaningful, and joyful learning in order to encourage active student engagement and deeper understanding during the learning process. This research employed an experimental method using a quasi-experimental design. The research subjects consisted of an experimental class that applied the deep learning approach and a control class that used the scientific approach. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests, observation of students’ attitudes and learning activities to assess the affective domain, and performance assessment through role-play activities to measure the psychomotor domain. The data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to conduct normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was no significant difference in initial ability between the experimental class and the control class. However, based on the results of the t-test on post-test data, significant differences in learning outcomes were found across the three learning materials. The average scores of the experimental class were consistently higher than those of the control class, with scores of 80.00 compared to 67.93 for the first material, 80.82 compared to 75.59 for the second material, and 81.03 compared to 72.66 for the third material. Furthermore, the results of the regression analysis indicated that the application of the deep learning approach had a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes, with significance values of less than 0.05 for each learning material. In addition, observational results showed improvements in students’ attitudes, learning activities, and psychomotor skills during the learning process. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the deep learning approach has a positive effect on students’ learning outcomes.
