Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan belajar (X1) dan literasi digital (X2) terhadap motivasi belajar (Y) siswa SMKN 51 Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 923 siswa, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 271 siswa ditentukan dengan rumus Isaac dan Michael, serta teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert lima pilihan (SS, S, N, TS, STS). Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil uji t menunjukkan X1 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Y (t hitung = 2,866; sig. 0,006), serta X2 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Y (t hitung = 3,924; sig. 0,000). Secara simultan, X1 dan X2 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y (F hitung = 32,645; sig. 0,000) dengan persamaan Y = 14,588 + 0,387X1 + 0,601X2. Nilai R² sebesar 0,581 menunjukkan bahwa 58,1% variasi motivasi belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh lingkungan belajar dan literasi digital, sedangkan 41,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Dengan demikian, peningkatan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif (dibatasi pada konteks rumah) dan literasi digital yang baik dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. ***** This study aims to analyze the effect of learning environment (X1) and digital literacy (X2) on learning motivation (Y) of students at SMKN 51 Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population consisted of 923 students, while the sample consisted of 271 students determined using the Isaac and Michael formula and proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire (SS, S, N, TS, STS). Data analysis used multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The t-test results showed that X1 had a positive and significant effect on Y (calculated t = 2.866; sig. 0.006), and X2 had a positive and significant effect on Y (calculated t = 3.924; sig. 0.000). Simultaneously, X1 and X2 had a significant effect on Y (F count = 32.645; sig. 0.000) with the equation Y = 14.588 + 0.387X1 + 0.601X2. The R² value of 0.581 indicates that 58.1% of the variation in learning motivation can be explained by the learning environment and digital literacy, while 41.9% is influenced by other factors. Thus, improving a conducive learning environment (limited to the home context) and good digital literacy can increase student learning motivation.
