Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi Program Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Tema Kewirausahaan di SMAN 99 Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan angket tertutup, serta didukung studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil tabulasi pada hasil penelitian dan seluruh komponen yang diteliti. Ditemukan bahwa pada pada aspek context, input, process, product (CIPP) pada Program Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Tema Kewirausahaan di SMAN 99 Jakarta dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Program Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Tema Kewirausahaan di SMAN 99 Jakarta pada aspek context dinilai “sangat baik” dengan presentase keberhasilan 100%. (2) Pada aspek input terdapat tiga komponen yang dinilai diantaranya: pada komponen standar tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dinilai “sangat baik” dengan presentase keberhasilan 88%, pada komponen sarana dan prasarana dinilai “sangat baik” dengan presentase keberhasilan 100%, dan komponen pembiayaan juga dinilai “sangat baik” dengan perolehan presentase 100%. (3) Pada komponen proses dinilai “sangat baik” dengan presentase 100%, diikuti perolehan yang sama 100% dengan kategori “sangat baik” pada komponen penilaian, dan dinilai 100% pada komponen pengelolaan. (4) Terakhir pada aspek product hanya menilai pada bagian kompetensi lulusan mendapat perolehan presentase senilai 100% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Pencapaian atas hasil produk yang telah dibuat peserta didik hingga berhasil memperoleh keuntungan yang besar sekaligus membentuk kreativitas, mandiri, tanggung jawab, problem solving, dan kerja sama menjadi bagian penting dalam capaian program. Meskipun, terjadi beberapa kendala peserta didik tetap menunjukkan perkembangan kemampuan yang bermanfaat bagi mereka di dunia kerja. Kata kunci: P5; kewirausahaan; SMA ***** This research aims to evaluate the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Program (P5) Entrepreneurship Theme at SMAN 99 Jakarta. The data analysis technique employed is a qualitative approach obtained from interviews and closed ended questionnaires, supported by documentation studies. Based on the tabulation results of the research and all examined components, it was found that in the context, input, process, and product (CIPP) aspects of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Program (P5) Entrepreneurship Theme at SMAN 99 Jakarta, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The program in the context aspect is rated "very good" with a 100% success percentage. (2) In the input aspect, there are three components evaluated: the educator and educational staff standards component is rated "very good" with an 88% success percentage, the facilities and infrastructure component is rated "very good" with a 100% success percentage, and the financing component is also rated "very good" with a 100% success percentage. (3) The process component is rated "very good" with a 100% success percentage, followed by the same 100% achievement in the "very good" category for the assessment component, and 100% for the management component. (4) Finally, in the product aspect, only the graduates' competencies component achieved a 100% success percentage in the "very good" category. The achievements from the products created by the students, which successfully generated significant profits while fostering creativity, independence, responsibility, problem-solving, and collaboration, are important parts of the program's accomplishments. Although some obstacles occurred, the students still demonstrated beneficial skill development for their future careers. Keywords: P5; entrepreneurship; high school
