Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi aktif remaja Generasi Z dalam program pemberdayaan bank sampah yang diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Sinergi Kesehatan Negeri (YSKN) di Kelurahan Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta Timur. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada analisis pengaruh strategi edukatif, motivasi personal, dan sosial komunitas terhadap partisipasi remaja dalam berbagai aktivitas program, mulai dari edukasi lingkungan, produksi kreatif berbasis daur ulang, hingga kampanye digital melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei potong lintang (cross-sectional survey design). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup kepada 69 responden Generasi Z dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal, bersifat linear, bebas multikolinearitas, dan tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, sehingga model regresi dinyatakan layak digunakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial strategi edukatif (β = 0,343; p < 0,05), motivasi personal (β = 0,510; p < 0,05), dan sosial komunitas (β = 0,308; p < 0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi aktif Generasi Z. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi aktif remaja dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,987, yang berarti 98,7% variasi partisipasi aktif dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga faktor tersebut, sementara 1,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan program pemberdayaan bank sampah sangat ditentukan oleh integrasi strategi edukatif yang efektif, penguatan motivasi intrinsik individu, serta dukungan sosial komunitas yang kuat. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi empiris bagi pengembangan program pemberdayaan lingkungan yang partisipatif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan Generasi Z sebagai agen perubahan. ***** This study aims to comprehensively examine the factors that influence the level of active participation of Generation Z youth in the waste bank empowerment program organized by the Yayasan Sinergi Kesehatan Negeri (YSKN) in Pondok Ranggon Village, East Jakarta. The research focuses on analyzing the influence of educational strategies, personal motivation, and community social factors on youth participation in various program activities, ranging from environmental education, creative recycling-based production, to digital campaigns through social media. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected through closed questionnaires from 69 Generation Z respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of classical assumption tests show that the data are normally distributed, linear, free of multicollinearity, and do not exhibit heteroscedasticity, so the regression model is deemed suitable for use. The analysis results show that, partially, educational strategies (β = 0.343; p < 0.05), personal motivation (β = 0.510; p < 0.05), and community socialization (β = 0.308; p < 0.05) have a positive and significant effect on the active participation of Generation Z. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on the active participation of adolescents with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.987, which means that 98.7% of the variation in active participation can be explained by these three factors, while the remaining 1.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study concludes that the success of waste bank empowerment programs is largely determined by the integration of effective educational strategies, the strengthening of individual intrinsic motivation, and strong community social support. These findings provide empirical contributions to the development of participatory, adaptive, and sustainable environmental empowerment programs involving Generation Z as agents of change.
