Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh budaya kerja, reward, rekrutmen dan integritas terhadap komitmen profesi tenaga pendidik militer setingkat perwira menengah di Komando Pembinaan Doktrin Pendidikan Dan Latihan TNI Angkatan Laut (Kodiklatal) Surabaya. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan desain kausal. Jumlah sampel responden ditetapkan sebanyak 160 tenaga pendidik, teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dari 265 tenaga pendidik organik setingkat Perwira Menengah yang sedang memberi kuliah di lingkungan Kobangdikal, Bumi Moro, Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa;1) Pengaruh Langsung Positif Budaya Kerja (X1) terhadap Komitmen Profesi (Y).(2). Pengaruh Langsung Positif Reward (X2) terhadap Komitmen Profesi (Y) Nilai koefisien jalur reward terhadap komitmen profesi. (3). Pengaruh Langsung Positif Rekrutmen (X3) terhadap Komitmen Profesi (Y). ( 4) Pengaruh Langsung Positif Integritas (X4) terhadap Komitmen Profesi (Y). (5) Pengaruh Langsung Positif Budaya Kerja (X1) terhadap Integritas (X4). (6) Pengaruh Langsung Positif Reward (X2) terhadap Integritas (X4). (7) Pengaruh Langsung Positif Rekrutmen (X3) terhadap Integritas (X4). ( 8). Pengaruh Langsung Positif Budaya Kerja (X1) terhadap Rekrutmen (X3). (9). Pengaruh Langsung Positif Reward (X2) terhadap Rekrutmen (X3). (10). Pengaruh Langsung Positif Budaya Kerja (X1) terhadap Reward (X2). (11). Pengaruh Tidak Langsung Budaya Kerja (X1) terhadap Komitmen Profesi (Y) melalui Integritas (X4). 12) Pengaruh Tidak Langsung Reward (X2) terhadap Komitmen Profesi (Y) melalui Integritas (X4). Pengaruh Tidak Langsung Rekrutmen (X3) terhadap Komitmen Profesi (Y) melalui Integritas (X4) Besar pengaruh tidak langsung rekrutmen terhadap komitmen profesi melalui integritas.Hal ini membuktikan bahwa Integritas mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh Rekrutmen terhadap Komitmen Profesi. Novelty dalam penelitian (1) Bahwa beberapa penelitian yang terdahulu menjelaskan bahwa komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel Y atau variabel bebas sementara penelitian yang dilakukan saat ini menggunakan variabel komitmen profesi sebagai variabel Y serta menguji pengaruh budaya kerja, reward, rekrutmen, integritas terhadap komitmen profesi sehingga memiliki perbedaan dengan penelitian sebelumnya. (2) Fokus penelitian pada Komitmen Profesi guru militer Di Kodiklatal Surabaya, yang sebelumnya belum pernah diteliti di TNI AL maupun TNI yang mempunyai karakteristik berbeda dengan lembaga pendidikan di luar TNI/TNI AL. Kata Kunci: Budaya kerja, Reward, Rekrutmen, Integritas dan Komitmen Profesi Tenaga Pendidikan Militer ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture, reward, recruitment, and integrity on the professional commitment of mid-level military educator staff in command of naval education and training (Kodiklatal) doctrine training in Surabaya. The research used is a survey with a causal design. The number of respondents was set at 160 educators, the sampling technique was done by simple random sampling from 265 organic educators at the level of Middle Officers who were lecturing in Kobangdikal, Bumi Moro, Surabaya. The results of this study indicate that; (1) Positive Direct Effect of Work Culture (X1) on Profesi Commitment (Y) (2). Positive Direct Effect of Reward (X2) on Profesi Commitment (Y) (3). Positive Direct Effect of Recruitment (X3) on Profesi Commitment (Y). (4) Positive Direct Effect of Integrity (X4) on Profesi Commitment (Y). (5) Positive Direct Effect of Work Culture (X1) on Integrity (X4). (6) Positive Direct Reward (X2) Effect on Integrity (X4). (7) Positive Direct Effect of Recruitment (X3) on Integrity (X4). (8). Positive Direct Effect of Work Culture (X1) on Recruitment (X3). (9). Positive Reward Effect (X2) on Recruitment (X3). (10). Positive Direct Effect of Work Culture (X1) on Reward (X2). (11). Indirect Effects of Work Culture (X1) on Profesi Commitment (Y) through Integrity (X4). 12) Indirect Effects of Reward (X2) on Profesi Commitment (Y) through Integrity (X4). 13). Indirect Effects of Recruitment (X3) on Professional Commitment (Y) through Integrity (X4). The Indirect Effect of recruitment on Professional Commitment through Integrity. That Proves that integrity can mediate the intercourse of the recruitment effect against Professional Commitment. The novelty in research (1) Some of the previous studies explained that organizational commitment as a variable Y or exempt variable, while the research carried out today uses the variable professional commitment as variable Y , and verifies the effect of work culture, reward, recruitment, integrity on professional commitment, so that it has differences with the previous research (X3). (2) The focus of the research on the professional commitment of the military educator in Kodiklatal, Surabaya which has not been studied before in the Indonesian navy as well as in the Indonesian armed forces which have different characteristics from educational institutions outside Indonesian Navy.
