Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penguatan literasi numerasi guru melalui program In House Training (IHT) di SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat. Secara khusus, penelitian ini mengkaji kondisi literasi numerasi guru sebelum pelaksanaan IHT, perencanaan program IHT, pelaksanaan IHT dalam penguatan literasi numerasi, serta perubahan literasi numerasi guru setelah mengikuti program IHT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, koordinator kurikulum, dan guru SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan data diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi literasi numerasi guru sebelum pelaksanaan IHT masih belum optimal, khususnya dalam pemahaman dan integrasi numerasi ke dalam pembelajaran. Perencanaan program IHT disusun secara sistematis berbasis data Rapor Pendidikan dan kebutuhan guru. Pelaksanaan IHT dilakukan melalui pelatihan internal, diskusi kolaboratif, serta pendampingan pemanfaatan sumber belajar, seperti Platform Merdeka Mengajar dan modul literasi numerasi. Program IHT berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan kesadaran guru dalam menerapkan literasi numerasi secara kontekstual dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, program IHT menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam penguatan literasi numerasi guru di sekolah dasar. ***** This study aims to describe and analyze the strengthening of teachers’ numeracy literacy through the In House Training (IHT) program at SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat. Specifically, the study examines teachers’ numeracy literacy conditions prior to the implementation of IHT, the planning of the IHT program, the implementation of IHT in strengthening numeracy literacy, and changes in teachers’ numeracy literacy after participating in the program. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of the principal, curriculum coordinator, and teachers of SD Negeri Percontohan Bendungan Hilir 12 PG Jakarta Pusat. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that teachers’ numeracy literacy prior to the IHT program had not been optimal, particularly in understanding and integrating numeracy concepts into learning activities. The IHT program was systematically planned based on the analysis of the Education Report Card data and teachers’ needs. The implementation of IHT was carried out through internal training sessions, collaborative discussions, and mentoring in utilizing learning resources, such as the Merdeka Teaching Platform and numeracy literacy modules. The IHT program had a positive impact on improving teachers’ understanding, skills, and awareness in applying numeracy literacy contextually in classroom learning. Therefore, the IHT program is considered an effective strategy for strengthening teachers’ numeracy literacy in elementary schools.
