Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAI Al Azhar 2 Pejaten, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi literasi digital guru, proses peningkatan literasi digital guru melalui penerapan Smart Class Room, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam peningkatan literasi digital guru melalui penerapan Smart Class Room di SMAI Al Azhar 2 Pejaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, ketua tim DSCR, dan beberapa guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kondisi literasi digital guru di SMAI Al Azhar 2 Pejaten berada pada kategori cukup baik, yang ditunjukkan oleh kemampuan guru dalam mengakses, menggunakan, dan memanfaatkan perangkat serta aplikasi digital dalam pembelajaran; 2) proses peningkatan literasi digital guru melalui penerapan Digital Smart Class Room dilakukan secara terstruktur melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi pembelajaran digital, pelatihan berkelanjutan, kolaborasi antarguru, serta pengembangan konten pembelajaran digital; dan 3) faktor pendukung peningkatan literasi digital guru meliputi dukungan kepemimpinan sekolah, ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi, dan sistem pendampingan, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya meliputi perbedaan tingkat adaptasi teknologi guru dan kendala teknis dalam penggunaan perangkat. Secara keseluruhan, Digital Smart Class Room menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital guru secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Guru, Digital Smart Class Room, Pembelajaran Digital ***** The study is carried out in smai al azhar 2 pejaten, which aims to know the condition of teachers' digital literacy, the process of enhanced teachers' digital literacy through application of smart class rooms, and auxiliary factors and constraints in teacher's digital literacy through the application of smart class rooms in smai al azhar 2 pejaten. The study USES a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Research subjects include principals, curriculum representatives, DSCR team leaders, and several teachers. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Research shows that: 1) the teacher's digital literacy condition at smai al azhar 2 pejaten is in a reasonably good category, indicated by the teacher's ability to access, use, and use digital tools and applications in learning; 2) the process of enhanced digital literacy of teachers through digital application of smart class rooms is done structurally through digital learning applications, sustainable training, teacher collaboration, and the development of digital learning content; And 3) contributing factors to the increased digital literacy of teachers include school leadership support, technological infrastructure, and companion systems, while the impeding factors include different levels of teacher technology adaptation and technical constraints in device use. Overall, digital smart class room becomes an effective strategy in improving teachers' digital literacy on a continual basis.
