Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK) dalam mengolah data asesmen secara manual yang memerlukan waktu dan tenaga yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah produk aplikasi asesmen non-kognitif siswa SMA berbasis Google Site dan Google Form yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan layanan BK di sekolah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Educatinal Design Research (EDR), yang dilaksanakan melalui beberapa langkah meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan produk, implementasi, serta evaluasi dan refleksi berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini melibatkan guru BK dan ahli sebagai partisipan dalam proses validasi dan uji coba produk. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dengan analisis data evaluasi formatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asesmen non-kognitif berbasis daring yang dikembangkan dinilai layak digunakan serta mampu membantu guru BK dalam proses pengumpulan dan pengolahan data asesmen secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Hasil validasi menunjukkan produk ini sangat layak untuk digunakan dengan skor uji validasi konten (84,2%), skor uji media (90,6%), dan skor uji kegunaan (99,6%). Selain menghasilkan produk, penelitian ini juga menghasilkan sebuah desain asesmen non-kognitif berbasis daring dengan konsep otomatisasi pengolahan data. ***** This study is initiated by the challenges faced by guidance and counseling teachers in processing non-cognitive assessment data using manual methods, which require substantial time and effort. The purpose of this study is to develop an online noncognitive assessment application for senior high school students that aligns with the needs of guidance and counseling services in schools. The study employed a Educational Design Research (EDR) approach, conducted through several iterative cycles including needs analysis, product design, implementation, and continuous evaluation and reflection. The participants involved in this study included guidance and counseling teachers and experts who contributed to the validation and product trial processes. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through formative evaluation techniques. The results indicate that the developed online-based non-cognitive assessment is feasible for use and effectively assists guidance and counseling teachers in collecting and processing assessment data more efficiently and effectively. Validation results show that the product is categorized as highly feasible, with content validation score reaching (84,2%), media validation score (90.6%), and usability testing score (99.6%). In addition to producing a functional product, this study also generated an online-based noncognitive assessment design that emphasizes automated data processing.
