Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran Team Games Tournament terhadap Penguasaan Kosakata Bahasa Arab siswa kelas VII MTsn 25 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain Time Series. Data Sampel penelitian adalah 29 siswa. Uji Normalitas dengan menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk dengan nilai signifikansi Pre Test 0,127 dan signifikansi 0,081. Nilai signifikansi dari kedua data bernilai lebih dari 0,05, sehingga data bisa disebut sebagai data yang berdistribusi normal. Uji homogenitas menggunakan uji Levene Test dengan nilai signifikansi 0,101 lebih besar dari 0,05, maka dapat di ambil keputusan bahwa data homogen. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ditunjukkan melalui uji hipotesis menggunakan Paired T test, di mana nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-Tailed) yang diperoleh adalah 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga hipotesis 0 ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif di terima. Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran team games tournament terhadap penguasaan kosakata bahasa arab. Kata Kunci: Team Games Tournament, Penguasaan Kosakata, Bahasa Arab ***** This study aims to determine the effect of using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning method on Arabic vocabulary mastery among seventh-grade students at MTsN 25 Jakarta. This research is an experimental study employing a quasi-experimental design with a time series design. The research sample consists of 29 students The normality test was conducted using the Shapiro–Wilk test, with a significance value of 0.127 for the pre-test and 0.081 for the post-test. Since both significance values are greater than 0.05, the data can be considered normally distributed. Homogeneity testing was performed using the Levene Test, yielding a significance value of 0.101, which is greater than 0.05, indicating that the data are homogeneous. Furthermore, hypothesis testing was conducted using the Paired T-Test, which resulted in an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001, lower than 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the Team Games Tournament learning method has a significant effect on students’ Arabic vocabulary mastery.
