Abstract
Pembelajaran paduan suara di lingkungan gereja umumnya dilaksanakan secara nonformal dan bersifat tradisional sehingga belum seluruhnya didukung oleh manajemen pembelajaran yang terdokumentasi secara sistematis. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi memengaruhi keberlangsungan serta kualitas pembelajaran, khususnya pada paduan suara pria yang memiliki karakteristik vokal dan kebutuhan musikal tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran Paduan Suara Pria Ebenezer di Gereja HKBP Ressort Kapuk ditinjau dari aspek manajemen pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah pelatih dan anggota Paduan Suara Pria Ebenezer di Gereja HKBP Ressort Kapuk. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran paduan suara pria di Gereja HKBP Ressort Kapuk telah dilaksanakan secara terstruktur meskipun belum terdokumentasi secara formal. Tahap perencanaan meliputi penetapan tujuan pembelajaran, pemilihan materi lagu, dan strategi latihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelayanan ibadah. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui latihan vokal, penguasaan materi lagu, dan pembinaan musikal secara berkelanjutan dengan pendekatan praktik langsung. Evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan melalui pengamatan terhadap kualitas vokal, kekompakan, dan kesiapan paduan suara dalam melayani ibadah. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran berperan penting dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan musik nonformal di lingkungan gereja. ****** Choir learning in the church environment is generally carried out in a non-formal and traditional manner so that it is not entirely supported by systematically documented learning management. This condition has the potential to affect the continuity and quality of learning, especially in male choirs that have their own vocal characteristics and musical needs. This study aims to describe the learning of the Ebenezer Male Choir at the HKBP Ressort Kapuk Church from the perspective of learning management. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subject of the study was a coach and member of the Ebenezer Men's Choir at the HKBP Ressort Kapuk Church. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn, with the validity of the data using triangulation. The results of the study show that the management of men's choir learning at the HKBP Ressort Kapuk Church has been carried out in a structured manner even though it has not been formally documented. The planning stage includes determining learning objectives, selecting song materials, and practice strategies tailored to the needs of worship services. The implementation stage is carried out through vocal training, mastery of song material, and musical coaching on an ongoing basis with a hands-on approach. The evaluation of learning was carried out through observation of the quality of vocals, cohesiveness, and readiness of the choir in serving worship. This study confirms that learning management plays an important role in maintaining and improving the quality of non-formal music education in the church environment.
