Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran SMKN 40 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa serta adanya perbedaan tingkat keterlibatan dan minat belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas siswa kelas X dan XI Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran SMKN 40 Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus atau sampling total, sehingga seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 72 siswa dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dokumentasi nilai hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengujian instrumen, analisis deskriptif, pengujian asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak JASP versi 0.19.1.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1.407 < t tabel sebesar 1.995 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.164 > 0.05. Sementara itu, minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.597 > t tabel sebesar 1.995 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.011 < 0.05. Secara simultan, persepsi siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dan minat belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 9.094 > F tabel sebesar 3.13 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 < 0.05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0.209 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi sebesar 20,9% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar memiliki peran yang lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dibandingkan persepsi siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL). Oleh karena itu, guru disarankan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa melalui strategi pembelajaran yang lebih aktif dan inovatif guna meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model and learning interest on the learning outcomes of students majoring in Office Management at SMKN 40 Jakarta. This research was motivated by students’ learning outcomes that were not yet optimal, as well as differences in students’ levels of engagement and learning interest during the learning process. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of tenth- and eleventh-grade students majoring in Office Management at SMKN 40 Jakarta. The sampling technique used was a census or total sampling method, in which the entire population of 72 students was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and documentation of students’ learning outcome scores. The data analysis techniques included instrument testing, descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using JASP software version 0.19.1.0. The results showed that students’ perceptions of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model did not have a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes, with a t-value of 1.407 < 1.995 and a significance value of 0.164 > 0.05. Meanwhile, learning interest had a positive and significant effect on students’ learning outcomes, with a t-value of 2.597 > 1.995 and a significance value of 0.011 < 0.05. Simultaneously, students’ perceptions of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model and learning interest had a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes, with an F-value of 9.094 > 3.13 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.209 indicates that both variables contributed 20.9% to students’ learning outcomes. This study shows that learning interest has a more dominant role in improving students’ learning outcomes compared to students’ perceptions of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. Therefore, teachers are advised to enhance students’ learning interest through more active and innovative learning strategies in order to improve students’ learning outcomes.
