Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational change dan perceived organizational support terhadap organizational commitment pada karyawan kantor pusat PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling yang melibatkan 185 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert 6 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational change dan perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik perubahan organisasi yang dikelola serta semakin tinggi dukungan yang dirasakan karyawan dari organisasi, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational change and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment among employees at the head office of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, East Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative approach using a simple random sampling technique involving 185 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using a 6-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0. The results indicate that organizational change and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. These findings suggest that bettermanaged organizational change and higher levels of perceived support from the organization contribute to stronger employee commitment.
