Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pelatihan Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM) dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas peserta pelatihan di P3D Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang didukung triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pelatihan GKM di P3D Jakarta telah dilaksanakan melalui penyusunan anggaran, jadwal pelatihan, pelaksanaan training need analysis (TNA), penentuan peserta, penyusunan materi, serta penyiapan sarana dan prasarana pelatihan. Pengorganisasian pelatihan dilakukan melalui pembagian tugas, koordinasi antar pihak, dan kerja sama dengan stakeholder terkait untuk mendukung efektivitas penyelenggaraan pelatihan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan menggunakan metode pembelajaran partisipatif seperti diskusi, simulasi, studi kasus, dan presentasi kelompok yang mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta selama proses pelatihan berlangsung. Evaluasi dan pengendalian pelatihan dilakukan melalui pretest dan post test, evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan, monitoring kegiatan, serta tindak lanjut melalui kegiatan bimbingan dan konsultansi (bimkon). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas peserta pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap. Peningkatan pengetahuan terlihat dari hasil post test yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pretest. Peningkatan keterampilan terlihat dari kemampuan peserta menghasilkan inovasi pemecahan masalah di tempat kerja. Peningkatan sikap terlihat dari keterlibatan aktif, kerja sama tim, dan kedisiplinan peserta selama pelatihan berlangsung. ***** This study aims to describe the training management of the Quality Control Circle (GKM) in an effort to improve the quality of training participants at the Jakarta P3D. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, supported by source triangulation. The results indicate that GKM training planning at the Jakarta P3D was implemented through budget preparation, training schedule, training needs analysis (TNA), participant selection, material development, and preparation of training facilities and infrastructure. Training organization was carried out through task allocation, inter-party coordination, and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to support effective training delivery. The training implemented participatory learning methods such as discussions, simulations, case studies, and group presentations, which increased participant engagement throughout the training process. Training evaluation and control were conducted through pre- and post-tests, training implementation evaluation, activity monitoring, and follow-up through guidance and consultancy (Bimkon). The evaluation results indicated an improvement in participant quality in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Knowledge gains were evident in higher post-test scores compared to pre-test scores. Skill gains were evident in participants' ability to generate innovative solutions to workplace problems. Attitude gains were evident in participants' active involvement, teamwork, and discipline throughout the training.
