Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model softskill berbasis permainan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan fasilitator outbound bagi pemula. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah 25 fasilitator outbound pemula yang tergabung dalam vendor MORSI. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa model softskill berbasis permainan yang terdiri dari 18 model permainan outbound yang dikembangkan berdasarkan enam aspek softskill, yaitu partisipasi aktif, komunikasi, kerja sama tim, kepemimpinan, kepercayaan diri, dan problem solving. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi fasilitator outbound pemula. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan dapat membantu mengembangkan kemampuan fasilitator dalam mengelola kelompok, menyampaikan instruksi, membangun komunikasi, serta meningkatkan kemampuan kepemimpinan dan pemecahan masalah dalam kegiatan outbound. ***** This study aimed to develop a game-based softskills model to enhance the abilities of beginner outbound facilitators. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were 25 beginner outbound facilitators who were members of MORSI Management. The product developed was a game-based softskills model consisting of 18 outbound games designed based on six softskill aspects: active participation, communication, teamwork, leadership, self-confidence, and problem-solving. The results of expert validation indicated that the developed model was feasible to be used as a learning medium for beginner outbound facilitators. The implementation results showed that the model could help improve facilitators’ abilities in managing groups, delivering instructions, building communication, as well as enhancing leadership and problem-solving skills during outbound activities.
