Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh work engagement dan work life balance terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan generasi z di Jabodetabek. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner, Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Turnover Intention Scale – 6 (TIS-6) oleh Abdillah (2025), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale – 9 (UWES – 9) oleh Kristiana dkk. (2018) dan Work Life Balance Scale – 17 (WLBS – 17) oleh Gunawan et al. (2019). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah partisipan penelitian ini adalah 245 partisipan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara work engagement dan work life balance terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci: Work engagement, work life balance, turnover intention, karyawan generasi z. ***** This study aims to determine whether work engagement and work-life balance influence turnover intention among Generation Z employees in the Jabodetabek area. The research method employed a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis. Data collection utilised a questionnaire: the instruments used were the Turnover Intention Scale – 6 (TIS-6) by Abdillah (2025), the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale – 9 (UWES – 9) by Kristiana et al. (2018) and the Work-Life Balance Scale – 17 (WLBS – 17) by Gunawan et al. (2019). The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The number of participants in this study was 245. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between work engagement and work-life balance on turnover intention.
