Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis performa Tim Bola Basket Putra Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) pada Liga Mahasiswa 2025 berdasarkan pendekatan Four Factors serta mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kelemahan performa tim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sumber data berupa boxscore resmi dan rekaman video dari tiga pertandingan Tim Bola Basket Putra Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Four Factors yang meliputi Effective field goal percentage (eFG%), Turnover Percentage (TO%), Offensive rebound percentage (OR%), dan Free throw rate (FTr). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performa Tim Bola Basket Putra Universitas Negeri Jakarta selama Liga Mahasiswa 2025 masih mengalami variasi pada setiap pertandingan sehingga belum konsisten pada seluruh indikator Four Factors. Rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh yaitu Effective field goal percentage (eFG%) sebesar 33,81%, Turnover Percentage (TO%) sebesar 20,81%, Offensive rebound percentage (OR%) sebesar 36,05%, dan Free throw rate (FTr) sebesar 28,25%. Kelebihan performa tim terdapat pada indikator Offensive rebound percentage (OR%) yang menunjukkan kemampuan memperoleh kembali bola hasil kegagalan tembakan, sedangkan kelemahan tim terlihat pada indikator Effective field goal percentage (eFG%), Turnover Percentage (TO%), dan Free throw rate (FTr) yang masih belum konsisten pada setiap pertandingan. Dengan demikian, pendekatan Four Factors mampu memberikan gambaran objektif mengenai performa, kelebihan, dan kelemahan Tim Bola Basket Putra Universitas Negeri Jakarta selama Liga Mahasiswa 2025. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pelatih dan atlet serta referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya.***** This This study aimed to analyze the performance of the Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) Men's Basketball Team in the 2025 Liga Mahasiswa using the Four Factors approach and to identify the team's strengths and weaknesses. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method using official game box scores and video recordings from three matches of the UNJ Men's Basketball Team. Data were collected through documentation and observation techniques and analyzed using the Four Factors approach, consisting of Effective field goal percentage (eFG%), Turnover Percentage (TO%), Offensive rebound percentage (OR%), and Free throw rate (FTr). The results showed that the performance of the UNJ Men's Basketball Team during the 2025 Liga Mahasiswa varied across matches and had not yet been consistent in all Four Factors indicators. The average values obtained were 33.81% for Effective field goal percentage (eFG%), 20.81% for Turnover Percentage (TO%), 36.05% for Offensive rebound percentage (OR%), and 28.25% for Free throw rate (FTr). The team's primary strength was reflected in its Offensive rebound percentage (OR%), indicating a strong ability to secure offensive rebounds and create additional scoring opportunities. Meanwhile, weaknesses were identified in Effective field goal percentage (eFG%), Turnover Percentage (TO%), and Free throw rate (FTr), which remained inconsistent throughout the matches. Therefore, the Four Factors approach provides an objective evaluation of the team's performance, strengths, and weaknesses during the 2025 Liga Mahasiswa. The findings are expected to serve as an evaluation tool for coaches and players and as a reference for future studies on basketball performance analysis.
