Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pengaruh media flipbook digital terhadap minat belajar tata boga pada peserta didik kelas 11 di SKB 23 Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pra eksperimental one group pretest posttest design. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 15 siswa kelas 11 di SKB 23 Jakarta Pusat dan pengambilan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner minat belajar yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan flipbook digital. Dari hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh nilai signifikasi 0,001< 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kemudian terdapat juga perbedaan rata-rata skor pretest dan posttest yaitu 74,07 < 100,47 hasil tersebut menunjukan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata dari pretest ke posttest. Dari hasil uji hipotesis dan peningkatan skor rata-rata pretest dan posttest menunjukkan bahwa media flipbook digital berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar tata boga pada peserta didik kelas 11 di SKB 23 Jakarta Pusat. ***** This study aims to analyze the effect of digital flipbook media on students’ interest in learning culinary arts among 11th-grade students at SKB 23 Central Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 15 eleventh-grade students at SKB 23 Central Jakarta. Data were collected using a learning interest questionnaire administered before and after the implementation of the digital flipbook media. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.001 (< 0.05), indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. In addition, there was a difference between the mean pretest and posttest scores, with the pretest mean score of 74.07 and the posttest mean score of 100.47. These findings indicate an increase in the average score from the pretest to the posttest. Based on the results of the hypothesis test and the increase in the mean pretest and posttest scores, it can be concluded that digital flipbook media has a significant effect on students’ interest in learning culinary arts among 11th-grade students at SKB 23 Central Jakarta.
