Abstract

Penyelenggaraan program bimbingan belajar tidak hanya ditentukan oleh keberadaan program, tetapi juga oleh bagaimana proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran bimbingan belajar matematika dan bahasa inggris di Panti Sosial Asuhan Anak Putra Utama 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tutor, anak asuh, dan pengasuh yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk memperoleh informan yang relevan sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara sistematis meliputi tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan bantuan aplikasi. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran telah berjalan melalui tiga tahapan kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan penutup dengan menerapkan berbagai strategi pembelajaran yang mendorong keterlibatan anak asuh. Pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, tutor menyusun perencanaan berdasarkan kebutuhan anak asuh, meskipun belum didukung dokumen perencanaan tertulis. Dan evaluasi pembelajaran dilakukan melalui penilaian keaktifan dan umpan balik langsung. Disarankan agar tutor menyusun dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran sederhana, menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih variatif, serta merancang sistem evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur sesuai karakteristik bimbingan belajar di panti sosial. **** The implementation of a tutoring program is determined not only by the existence of the program itself but also by how the learning process is carried out. This study aimed to describe the implementation of Mathematics and English tutoring at Putra Utama 2 Children's Social Care Institution. This study employed a qualitative research method. The research participants consisted of tutors, children under care, and caregivers selected through purposive sampling to obtain informants relevant to the research focus. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed systematically through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing with the assistance of NVivo software. The findings revealed that the learning process was implemented through three stages, preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities, supported by various instructional strategies that encouraged the active participation of the children under care. In the planning stage, tutors developed learning plans based on the learners' needs, although these were not supported by written planning documents. Learning evaluation was conducted through observations of learners' participation and direct feedback. The study recommends that tutors develop simple written lesson plans, employ more varied instructional methods, and establish a more systematic evaluation process in accordance with the characteristics of tutoring in children's social care institutions.
