Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan business plan Wisata Klawing Sonten Banjarandap sebagai desa wisata yang berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Purbalingga, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed method dengan desain exploratory sequential. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden yang terdiri atas pengelola wisata, pengurus BUMDes, pelaku UMKM, dan masyarakat sekitar. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan analisis SWOT melalui penyusunan matriks IFAS dan EFAS, kemudian hasilnya digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan business plan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai total IFAS sebesar 3,04 dan EFAS sebesar 3,40 dengan koordinat SWOT (0,14; -0,08) yang menempatkan Wisata Klawing Sonten Banjarandap pada Kuadran IV. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, strategi prioritas yang diterapkan adalah strategi Strength–Threat (ST) melalui pengembangan konsep Klawing Riverside Adventure sebagai wisata keluarga berbasis petualangan yang memanfaatkan potensi Sungai Klawing. Strategi tersebut didukung oleh penguatan promosi digital, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan, pengembangan atraksi wisata, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal, kemudian dituangkan ke dalam sembilan elemen Business Model Canvas sebagai dasar penyusunan business plan yang diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman bagi pengelola dalam mengembangkan Wisata Klawing Sonten Banjarandap secara lebih terarah, kompetitif, dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Business Plan, Business Model Canvas, Analisis SWOT, Desa Wisata, Klawing Sonten Banjarandap. ***** This study aims to develop a business plan for Klawing Sonten Banjarandap Tourism as a competitive and sustainable tourism village in Purbalingga Regency, Central Java. This study employed a mixed-method approach with an exploratory sequential design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires involving 30 respondents consisting of tourism managers, BUMDes administrators, MSME actors, and local community members. The data were analyzed descriptively using SWOT analysis through the IFAS and EFAS matrices, and the results were subsequently used as the basis for developing the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the business plan. The findings revealed that the total IFAS score was 3.04 and the total EFAS score was 3.40, with SWOT coordinates of (0.14, -0.08), placing Klawing Sonten Banjarandap Tourism in Quadrant IV. Based on these findings, the priority strategy identified was the Strength–Threat (ST) strategy, focusing on the development of the "Klawing Riverside Adventure" concept as a family-oriented adventure tourism destination by utilizing the potential of the Klawing River. This strategy is supported by strengthening digital marketing, improving service quality, developing tourism attractions, and empowering the local community. These strategies were then incorporated into the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas as the foundation for developing a business plan that is expected to serve as a guideline for managing and developing Klawing Sonten Banjarandap Tourism in a more focused, competitive, and sustainable manner.
