Abstract
***** This study aims to analyze the anthropometric profiles and biomotor conditions of volleyball athletes in the Sustainable High-Performance Sports Development (POPB) program of Jakarta Province as part of a long-term athlete development (LTAD) framework evaluation. Furthermore, this study maps out the athletes' demographic profiles, including gender, position specialization, and club origin. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed in this research. The sample consisted of 25 athletes, comprising 8 male and 17 female athletes actively participating in the POPB Jakarta program. Data collection was conducted through field observations and direct measurements in collaboration with the Strength and Conditioning (SC) team of POPB Jakarta. The testing instruments included anthropometric measurements (height and weight) and a battery of biomotor component tests (speed, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance, power, and endurance). The results of the anthropometric data analysis indicated that the athletes' combined average height was 173.2 cm and the combined average weight was 71.96 kg. Regarding position specialization on the court, the distribution was predominantly dominated by the Outside Hitter position (50% for males and 41.18% for females). In terms of club origin, the highest proportion of athletes originated from the PBV. Karuci club (24% of the total sample). Meanwhile, the overall measurement of the biomotor components demonstrated that the physical condition of the athletes fell into the "Good" category. From the LTAD perspective, these findings confirm that the POPB Jakarta development program has successfully established a robust physical foundation during the young athletes' specialization phase. Nevertheless, periodic evaluations remain necessary for specific physical components, particularly speed in female athletes and overall balance, to optimize their developmental pathway toward peak athletic performance.
