Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan set piece futsal yang dapat digunakan oleh tim futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya variasi latihan set piece serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan situasi bola mati pada tim futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Selain itu, porsi latihan set piece juga belum proporsional dibandingkan aspek teknik, fisik, dan taktik lainnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), yang dipilih karena bersifat sistematis, fleksibel, dan sesuai dengan ruang lingkup penelitian yang berfokus hingga tahap validasi model. Peneliti merancang 30 bentuk model latihan set piece, meliputi variasi kick in, corner kick, dan free kick, dengan mengacu pada FIFA Coaching Manual. Uji kelayakan dilakukan oleh tiga orang ahli, sedangkan uji coba kemudahan dilakukan terhadap 18 pemain tim futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta menggunakan angket skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 15 dari 30 model latihan dinyatakan layak dan valid oleh para ahli untuk digunakan. Hasil uji coba kepada pemain juga menunjukkan tingkat kemudahan model latihan sebesar 82,59%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat mudah untuk diterapkan. Dengan demikian, model latihan set piece futsal yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif bahan referensi bagi pelatih dan pemain dalam meningkatkan keterampilan serta ketepatan penanganan situasi bola mati pada tim futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ***** This study aims to develop a futsal set-piece training model that can be used by the Jakarta State University futsal team. The study was motivated by the lack of variety in set-piece drills and the suboptimal utilization of set-piece situations by the Jakarta State University futsal team. Additionally, the amount of time dedicated to set-piece training is not yet proportional to that allocated to other technical, physical, and tactical aspects. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) approach, which was chosen because it is systematic, flexible, and appropriate for the scope of this study, which focused on the model validation stage. The researcher designed 30 set-piece training models, including variations of kick-ins, corner kicks, and free kicks, based on the FIFA Coaching Manual. Feasibility testing was conducted by three experts, while ease-of-use testing was performed on 18 players from the Jakarta State University futsal team using a Likert scale questionnaire. The results showed that 15 of the 30 training models were deemed feasible and valid by the experts for use. The results of the trial with the players also showed that the ease-of-use level of the training models was 82.59%, which fall into the category of very easy to implement. Thus, the futsal set-piece training model developed in this study can serve as an alternative reference for coaches and players in improving their skills and accuracy in handling set-piece situations on the Jakarta State University futsal team.
