Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kesiapan Uji Sertifikasi Kompetensi siswa Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di LSP P2-P4 Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei ini menempatkan iklim sekolah sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan kesiapan Uji Sertifikasi Kompetensi siswa Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga sebagai variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 399 peserta didik, dengan sampel sebanyak 202 responden yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil uji prasyarat menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi 0,200 serta memiliki hubungan yang linear dengan nilai deviation from linearity sebesar 0,070. Analisis regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan persamaan Ŷ = = 59,403 + 0,624X, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 38,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel iklim sekolah memberikan kontribusi sebesar 38,2% terhadap kesiapan Uji Sertifikasi Kompetensi siswa Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji-t), ditemukan nilai thitung > ttabel (11,110 > 1,97190) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah terhadap kesiapan Uji Sertifikasi Kompetensi siswa Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di LSP P2-P4 Jakarta Selatan. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of school climate on the competency certification examination readiness of Accounting and Institutional Finance) students at LSP P2-P4 South Jakarta. This quantitative study employing a survey method positions school climate as the independent variable (X) and USK readiness of AKL students as the dependent variable (Y). The population comprised 399 students, with a sample of 202 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. Prerequisite test results indicate that the data are normally distributed with a significance value of 0,200 and have a linear relationship with a deviation from linearity value of 0,070. Simple linear regression analysis produced the equation Ŷ = 59,403 + 0,624X, with a coefficient of determination of 38,2%. This indicates that the school climate variable contributes 38,2% to the USK readiness of AKL students, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. Based on hypothesis testing (t-test), the value of t-count > t-table (11,110 > 1,97190) was found with a significance of 0,000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of school climate on the USK readiness of Accounting and Institutional Finance students at LSP P2-P4 South Jakarta.
