Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan sosial siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta, khususnya pada materi akhlak. Rendahnya keterampilan sosial siswa terlihat dari kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam berinteraksi, berkomunikasi, bekerja sama dalam kelompok, serta rendahnya partisipasi siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi kondisi tersebut yaitu kurangnya penerapan model pembelajaran yang tepat, inovatif, dan berpusat pada siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas X di SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori pembelajaran kooperatif Robert E. Slavin untuk model Team Assisted Individualization dan teori Frank M. Gresham untuk keterampilan sosial sebagai indikator kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi experimental selama tiga kali pertemuan. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta dengan karakteristik setara yang dibagi menjadi kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari pra-eksperimen dengan pre-test, treatment, observasi, dan pasca eksperimen dengan post-test. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji paired sample t-test, dan uji N-Gain score. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data statistik menunjukkan bahwa pada uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 pada kelas eksperimen dan 0,002 < 0,05 pada kelas kontrol. Selain itu, hasil uji N-Gain score menunjukkan kelas eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 0,837 dengan persentase efektivitas sebesar 83,7% kategori tinggi dan efektif, sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh rata rata sebesar 0,146 dengan persentase efektivitas sebesar 14,6% kategori rendah dan tidak efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization terhadap peningkatan keterampilan sosial siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI materi menghindari akhlak madzmumah dan membiasakan akhlak mahmudah agar hidup lebih nyaman dan berkah di SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta. The low social skills of students can be seen from the lack of students' ability to interact, communicate, work together in groups, and low student participation during the learning process. One of the factors that affect these conditions is the lack of implementation of a proper, innovative, and student-centered learning model. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of the use of the Team Assisted Individualization type cooperative learning model on students' social skills in Islamic Religious Education class X at SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta. The theories used in this study are Robert E. Slavin's cooperative learning theory for the Team Assisted Individualization model and Frank M. Gresham's theory for social skills as an indicator of students' social interaction ability in learning. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi experimental type during three meetings. The research sample was class X students of SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta with equivalent characteristics which were divided into control classes and experimental classes. The data collection technique consists of pre-experiment with pre-test, treatment, observation, and post experiment with post-test. Data analysis techniques to test hypotheses are normality tests, homogeneity tests, paired sample t-tests, and N-Gain score tests. The results of the study based on statistical data showed that the paired sample t-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 in the experimental class and 0.002<0.05 in the control class. In addition, the results of the N-Gain score test showed that the experimental class obtained an average of 0.837 with an effectiveness percentage of 83.7% in the high and effective category, while the control class obtained an average of 0.146 with an effectiveness percentage of 14.6% in the low and ineffective category. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence of the application of the Team Assisted Individualization type cooperative learning model on improving students' social skills in PAI subjects, avoiding madzmumah morals and habituating mahmudah morals so that life is more comfortable and blessed at SMA Negeri 37 Jakarta.
