Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran Station Rotation terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata Pelajaran IPS di kelas VII SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan model pembelajaran Station Rotation dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan test (Pretest dan Posttest). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan pada kelas eksperimen setelah diterapkannya model Station Rotation. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji statistic non parametrik dengan uji Mann Whitney yang menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Model pembelajaran Station Rotation efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. ********* This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Station Rotation learning model on student learning outcomes in Social Studies for seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 16 Jakarta. This is a quantitative study using an experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest control group design. The sample consisted of two classes: an experimental class that was taught using the Station Rotation learning model and a control class that used the conventional learning model. Data were collected using tests (Pretest and Posttest). The results of the data analysis indicate a significant improvement in student learning outcomes in the experimental class following the implementation of the Station Rotation model. This is evidenced by the results of a nonparametric statistical test—the Mann-Whitney U test—which revealed a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. The Station Rotation learning model is considered effective in improving student learning outcomes.
