Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan, inklusi keuangan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital terhadap keberlanjutan usaha pada UMKM di Kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain survei; unit analisis berupa pelaku UMKM di Kota Bogor dan sampel sebanyak 190 responden yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkaN melalui kuesioner cetak dan daring yang dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.0 serta teknik bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha (koefisien = 0.484; t = 6.803; p = 0.000), inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha (koefisien = 0.290; t = 3.950; p = 0.000). Sedangkan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha (koefisien = 0.057; t = 0.664; t = 0.507). Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan untuk dinas UMKM untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis kompetensi, bersinergi dengan lembaga keuangan dan perbankan formal untuk mempermudah akses keuangan untuk UMKM, serta melakukan pelatihan digitalisasi bagi pelaku UMKM untuk mendukung pengembangan, daya saing, dan keberlanjutan usaha pada UMKM. ***** This study aims to analyse the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, financial inclusion, and the utilisation of digital technology on business sustainability among SMEs in the City of Bogor. The method used was quantitative with a survey design; the unit of analysis consisted of SME operators in Bogor City and a sample of 190 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected via printed and online questionnaires and analysed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with the aid of SmartPLS 4.0 and bootstrapping techniques. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability (coefficient = 0.484; t = 6.803; p = 0.000), financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability (coefficient = 0.290; t = 3.950; p = 0.000). Meanwhile, the use of digital technology does not have a significant effect on business sustainability (coefficient = 0.057; t = 0.664; t = 0.507). Based on these findings, it is recommended that the SME Agency organise competency-based entrepreneurship training, collaborate with formal financial institutions and banks to facilitate access to finance for SMEs, and provide digitalisation training for SME operators to support the development, competitiveness, and sustainability of SMEs.
