Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh penilaian Eksplorasi Kain Perca Brokat Sebagai Hiasan Pada Kemeja Wanita Dengan Teknik Aplikasi berdasarkan aspek estetika. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental design, one shot case study. Penelitian ini menghasilkan lima produk kemeja wanita yang dihiasi dengan hasil eksplorasi kain perca brokat menggunakan teknik aplikasi yang dinilai oleh lima panelis ahli menggunakan instrumen kuisioner atau angket yang terdiri dari 21 butir pernyataan dengan skala pengukuran rating scale. Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan teori estetika menurut (Djelantik, 1999) yang terdiri dari aspek wujud atau rupa, bobot atau isi, dan penyajian atau penampilan. Berdasarkan aspek wujud atau rupa yang terdiri dari sub indikator bentuk, warna, keselarasan, keseimbangan, proporsi dan pusat perhatian mendapatkan nilai 88,4% dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek bobot atau isi yang terdiri dari sub indikator gagasan atau ide nilai 86,6% dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek penyajian atau penampilan yang terdiri dari sub indikator sarana atau media memperoleh nilai 83% dengan kategori sangat baik. Sementara produk dengan penilaian tertinggi yaitu produk empat yang memperoleh nilai sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat baik dan produk dengan penilaian terendah yaitu produk dua yang memperoleh nilai sebesar 84,19% dengan kategori sangat baik. Keseluruhan hasil penilaian estetika berdasarkan aspek wujud atau rupa, bobot atau isi, dan penyajian atau penampilan memperoleh nilai sebesar 86% dan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. This study aims to obtain an assessment of the Exploration of Brocade Fabric Scraps as Embellishment on Women's Shirts Using the Appliqué Technique based on aesthetic aspects. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method with a pre-experimental design, specifically a one-shot case study. This study produced five women's shirt products embellished with the results of brocade fabric scrap exploration using the appliqué technique, which were assessed by five expert panelists using a questionnaire instrument consisting of 21 statement items with a rating scale measurement. The assessment was conducted using the aesthetic theory of Djelantik (1999), which consists of the aspects of form or appearance, weight or content, and presentation or display. Based on the form or appearance aspect, which consists of the sub-indicators of shape, color, harmony, balance, proportion, and focal point, a score of 88.4% was obtained, categorized as very good. The weight or content aspect, consisting of the idea or concept sub-indicator, obtained a score of 86.6%, categorized as very good. The presentation or display aspect, consisting of the means or media sub-indicator, obtained a score of 83%, categorized as very good. Meanwhile, the product with the highest rating was product four, which obtained a score of 88%, categorized as very good, while the product with the lowest rating was product two, which obtained a score of 84.19%, categorized as very good. The overall aesthetic assessment results based on the aspects of form or appearance, weight or content, and presentation or display obtained a score of 86%, categorized as very good.
