Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh soft skill, hard skill, dan pengalaman magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 732 mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 259 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik probability sampling jenis proportionate stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 31 melalui analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa soft skill, hard skill, dan pengalaman magang masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Selain itu, secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The Influence of Soft skills, Hard skills, and Internship Experience on the Work readiness of Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Jakarta. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of soft skills, hard skills, and internship experience on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires. The population of this study consisted of 732 students, with a sample of 259 respondents selected using probability sampling with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 31 through descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings revealed that soft skills have a positive and significant influence on students' work readiness. Hard skills also have a positive and significant influence on students' work readiness. In addition, internship experience has a positive and significant influence on students' work readiness. Simultaneously, soft skills, hard skills, and internship experience have a positive and significant influence on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Jakarta.
