Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan utama. Pertama, menjelaskan pelaksanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SMA Negeri 109 Jakarta. Kedua, menjelaskan pembentukan karakter siswa melalui implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila berbasis kebudayaan Betawi. Ketiga, menjelaskan faktor penghambat dan pendorong implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam pembentukan budaya Betawi pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi literatur. Penelitian ini melibatkan 8 informan utama, yaitu 1 wakil kurikulum SMAN 109 Jakarta, 2 koordinator Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, 2 fasilitator Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, 3 peserta didik SMAN 109 Jakarta. Kemudian, terdapat 3 informan triangulasi, yaitu orang tua peserta didik dan Kepala SMAN 109 Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 109 Jakarta, pengumpulan data berlangsung dari 2024 hingga 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan P5 berhasil memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan karakter peserta didik. Dengan tema kearifan lokal melalui pertunjukan seni Betawi berlangsung melalui lima tahap terstruktur; pengenalan, kontekstualisasi, aksi, selebrasi, dan refleksi. Melalui analisis Lickona, projek ini terbukti mengembangkan pengetahuan moral, perasaan moral, dan tindakan moral peserta didik secara berjenjang. Dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang paling berkembang adalah beriman-berakhlak mulia, gotong royong, dan kreatif, dengan gotong royong sebagai dimensi paling dominan. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman, fasilitas, dan pendanaan, sedangkan faktor pendukung meliputi kesiapan fasilitator, sarana-prasarana, dan dukungan orang tua. ***** This study has three primary objectives. First, it describes the implementation of the project to strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile at SMA Negeri 109 Jakarta. Second, it explains student character development through the implementation of this project based on Betawi culture. Third, it identifies the factors that hinder and facilitate the implementation of the project in fostering Betawi culture among students.. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review. The study involved eight key informants: one curriculum vice-principal from SMAN 109 Jakarta, two P5 coordinators, two P5 facilitators, and three students from SMAN 109 Jakarta. Additionally, there were three triangulation informants: students' parents and the Principal of SMAN 109 Jakarta. The research was conducted at SMAN 109 Jakarta, with data collection taking place from 2024 to 2025. The results indicate that the implementation of the project successfully contributed to the development of student character. Centered on the theme of local wisdom (specifically through Betawi art performances) the process unfolded in five structured stages: introduction, contextualization, action, celebration, and reflection. Through Lickona’s analysis, the project was shown to progressively develop the students' moral knowledge, moral feelings, and moral actions. The Pancasila Student Profile dimensions that saw the most development were "Faith and Noble Character," "Mutual Cooperation", and "Creativity," with "Mutual Cooperation" being the most dominant dimension. Inhibiting factors included limited understanding, facilities, and funding, while supporting factors included facilitator readiness, infrastructure, and parental support.
