Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Single Subject Research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan teknik token ekonomi terhadap penurunan intensitas perilaku maladaptif tidak dapat duduk tenang, seperti meninggalkan tempat duduk saat proses pembelajaran pada peserta didik tunagrahita. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang peserta didik tunagrahita berinisial BMA yang bersekolah di SDN Rambutan 01, dan pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan di sekolah tersebut. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi dan pencatatan frekuensi perolehan pada setiap sesi. Adapun hasil intervensi yang diharapkan adalah penurunan perilaku meninggalkan tempat duduk, dengan hasil data diperoleh pada kondisi Baseline (A1) dilakukan sebanyak 3 sesi dan persentase stabilitasnya sebesar 100%. Pada kondisi Intervensi (B) dilakukan sebanyak 8 sesi dan persentase stabilitasnya sebesar 62,5%, kemudian pada kondisi Baseline (A2) dilakukan sebanyak 5 sesi dan persentase stabilitasnya sebesar 100%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa penerapan teknik token ekonomi dapat menurunkan perilaku maladaptif tidak dapat duduk tenang, seperti meninggalkan tempat duduk ketika proses pembelajaran pada peserta didik tunagrahita di SDN Rambutan 01. ***** This study employed a Single Subject Research (SSR) metode using an A-B-A design to investigate the effectiveness of the token economy technique in reducing maladaptive behavior, specifically leaving the seat during classroom learning activities, among a student with an intellectual disability. The participant in this study was a student with an intellectual disability, identified by the initials BMA, enrolled at SDN Rambutan 01, where the study was conducted. Data were collected through direct observation and frequency recording during each session. The intervention was expected to reduce the frequency of seat leaving behavior during the learning process. The results showed that the first baseline phase (A1), conducted over three sessions, achieved a stability percentage of 100%. The intervention phase (B), conducted over eight sessions, achieved a stability percentage og 62.5%. The second baseline phase (A2), conducted over five sessions, achieved a stability percentage 100%. The findings demonstrated a decrease in the frequency of seat leaving behavior following the implementation of the token economi technique. Therefore, it can be concluded that the token economy technique was effective in reducing maladaptive behavior, particulary seat leaving behavior during classroom learning activities, among a student with an intellectual disability at SDN SDN Rambutan 01.
