Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use Simpeg Basarnas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 116 pegawai yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness berpengaruh terhadap intention to use, perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap intention to use, perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap perceived usefulness, serta perceived usefulness terbukti memediasi pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use. Pengujian outer model menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai outer loading > 0,70, AVE > 0,50, dan Composite Reliability > 0,70. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 56,4% variasi intention to use dapat dijelaskan oleh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan Simpeg berperan penting dalam meningkatkan niat pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi Basarnas dalam mengoptimalkan implementasi Simpeg melalui peningkatan kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat sistem sehingga dapat meningkatkan niat pegawai untuk terus menggunakan system tersebut dalam mendukung administrasi kepegawaian. **** This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on the intention to use Simpeg Basarnas. A quantitative approach utilizing a survey method was employed. The study population consisted of 116 employees, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that perceived usefulness influences intention to use, perceived ease of use influences intention to use, and perceived ease of use influences perceived usefulness; furthermore, perceived usefulness was found to mediate the effect of perceived ease of use on intention to use. Outer model testing demonstrated that all indicators met validity and reliability criteria, with outer loading values > 0.70, AVE > 0.50, and Composite Reliability > 0.70. Additionally, the coefficient of determination revealed that 56.4% of the variation in intention to use could be explained by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. These findings suggest that perceptions regarding the usefulness and ease of use of Simpeg play a crucial role in enhancing employee intention. The study's results are expected to provide valuable input for Basarnas in optimizing Simpeg implementation by improving the system ease of use and utility, thereby fostering employee intention to continue using the system for personnel administration purposes.
