Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh rekrutmen dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada semua guru sekolah dasar negeri di kelurahan Jombang Ciputat dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Jumlah 91 guru sebagai sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada pengaruh langsung dari rekrutmen terhadap kinerja, (2) ada pengaruh langsung dari komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja, (3) ada pengaruh langsung rekrutmen terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap perubahan atau variasi Wich terjadi dengan kinerja guru di Jombang kota Tangerang Selatan telah dipengaruhi oleh rekrutmen dan komitmen organisasi Kata kunci: rekrutmen komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of recruitment and organizational commitment on job performance The research was conducted to all of teachers at the city of Jombang Ciputat by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number of 91 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The result of research indicates: (1) there is direct effect of recruitment on job performance, (2) there is direct effect of organizational commitment on job performance, (3) there is direct effect of on job performance. Based on those finding it could be concluded that any changing or variation wich occurred to the job performance of teachers at Jombang Tangerang Selatan Regency had been effected by recruitment and organizational commitment Keywords: recruitment organizational commitment, and job performance.
