Abstract

Keraguan karier merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang banyak dialami siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), ditandai dengan kebingungan dalam menentukan pilihan pendidikan lanjutan dan karier, rendahnya keyakinan terhadap kemampuan diri, kurangnya informasi karier, serta adanya konflik antara pilihan pribadi dengan harapan orang tua. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa guru Bimbingan dan Konseling belum memiliki panduan layanan yang secara khusus mengintegrasikan perspektif masa depan sebagai strategi untuk membantu siswa mengatasi keraguan karier. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan panduan bimbingan kelompok berbasis Future Time Perspective yang layak, praktis, dan efektif untuk mengatasi keraguan karier siswa SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Tahap analisis dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, angket analisis kebutuhan, dan kajian literatur. Tahap pengembangan meliputi penyusunan panduan, validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi Bimbingan dan Konseling, revisi produk, uji keterbacaan, serta implementasi menggunakan desain One-Group Pretest–Posttest. Efektivitas panduan dievaluasi menggunakan instrumen Career Indecision Profile–Short Version (CIP-Short). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panduan yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria sangat layak berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, ahli media, dan praktisi. Uji keterbacaan juga menunjukkan bahwa panduan mudah dipahami dan mudah digunakan oleh guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan adanya penurunan keraguan karier siswa secara signifikan dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,023 (p < 0,05), sehingga panduan terbukti efektif dalam membantu mengurangi keraguan karier siswa SMA. Secara keseluruhan, produk memenuhi aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok berbasis perspektif masa depan di sekolah. ***** Career uncertainty is a common issue faced by high school students, characterized by confusion in choosing further education and career paths, low self-confidence, a lack of career information, and conflicts between personal choices and parental expectations. The results of the needs analysis indicate that Guidance and Counseling teachers do not yet have service guidelines that specifically integrate the Future Time Perspective as a strategy to help students overcome career uncertainty. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Future Time Perspective-based group guidance guide that is appropriate, practical, and effective for addressing career uncertainty among high school students. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which comprises the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The analysis stage was conducted through interviews, observations, a needs analysis questionnaire, and a literature review. The development stage included drafting the guide, validation by subject matter experts, media experts, and guidance and counseling practitioners, product revision, readability testing, and implementation using a One-Group Pretest–Posttest design. The guide’s effectiveness was evaluated using the Career Indecision Profile–Short V instrument. The research results show that the guide developed meets the criteria for high feasibility based on evaluations by subject matter experts, media experts, and practitioners. Readability tests also indicate that the guide is easy to understand and use for Guidance and Counseling teachers. Implementation results showed a significant reduction in students’ career uncertainty with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.023 (p < 0.05), proving that the guide is effective in helping to reduce career uncertainty among high school students. Overall, the product meets the criteria for validity, practicality, and effectiveness, making it suitable for use as a guideline for implementing future-perspective-based group guidance services in schools.
